Axel Wikner

Axel Wikner is a legal professional with experience in M&A, financing, and corporate governance. At Orrön Energy, Axel serves as the Legal and Commercial Director, as well as holding the title of Senior Corporate Lawyer. Prior to their current role, Axel worked at Lundin Energy as a Senior Corporate Lawyer and at Linklaters as an Associate in the Banking & Finance Group. Axel also has experience as a Legal Counsel at Nordea and in tax-related roles at KPMG Sverige and Rödl & Partner. Axel holds a Master's Degree in Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Economics from Uppsala University.
