Adam Marshall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and business improvement roles. Currently serving as Data Lead at ORS Group since October 2020, Adam has held various positions including Business Improvement Coordinator, Strategy and Performance Coordinator, and Job Development and Marketing Coordinator. Prior experience includes a tenure at Ability Options from April 2018 to October 2020, where Adam worked as Business Manager, Performance Support Consultant, Job Support Coach, and Employment Advisor. Adam's early career involved multiple managerial roles at McDonald's from December 2007 to March 2018. Adam completed education at Narara Valley High School, graduating in 2006.

ORS provides a range of allied health and workplace rehabilitation services across key industries such as the NDIS, Workers Compensation, Health, Injury Prevention and Aged Care. Our service delivery is underpinned by clinically informed, evidence based and person-centered practices which empower others to reach their potential and achieve their goals. We are a registered NDIS provider, ISO 9001 and NSDS certified, Comcare accredited, and are on major workplace rehabilitation panels including: icare, Department of Veterans Affairs, ACT Government, Defence Housing Australia, and Worksafe ACT. We are members of the Australian Association for Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC), Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association (ARPA), Association for Positive Behaviour Support and National Disability Services (NDS). We employ a wide range of Allied Health professionals including experienced and accredited Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Speech Pathologists and Registered Nurses who have experience working with complex and high needs clients across all age ranges and disability/injury presentations. A large percentage of our Consultants are culturally and linguistically diverse (32%) with many who also speak other languages including Mandarin, Cantonese and Arabic. ORS proudly employs people with lived experience of disability and with family members with lived experience; and people who identify as LGBTIQA.
