Ali Vidler is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the National Marketing Manager at ORS Group since April 2021, following a role as Marketing Coordinator. Prior experience includes founding and directing Alison Vidler Design Studios from 2008 to September 2023, specializing in brand management, corporate identity, and logo design. Ali Vidler also held the position of President at the Gosford/Erina Coastal Chamber of Commerce from 2013 to 2017 and worked in various roles at Energi Print and Central Coast Printing from 1994 to 2008, focusing on art direction and print production. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Art and Design and a Bachelor of Design from UNSW, alongside various certificates in marketing, business management, and governance.

ORS provides a range of allied health and workplace rehabilitation services across key industries such as the NDIS, Workers Compensation, Health, Injury Prevention and Aged Care. Our service delivery is underpinned by clinically informed, evidence based and person-centered practices which empower others to reach their potential and achieve their goals. We are a registered NDIS provider, ISO 9001 and NSDS certified, Comcare accredited, and are on major workplace rehabilitation panels including: icare, Department of Veterans Affairs, ACT Government, Defence Housing Australia, and Worksafe ACT. We are members of the Australian Association for Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC), Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association (ARPA), Association for Positive Behaviour Support and National Disability Services (NDS). We employ a wide range of Allied Health professionals including experienced and accredited Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Speech Pathologists and Registered Nurses who have experience working with complex and high needs clients across all age ranges and disability/injury presentations. A large percentage of our Consultants are culturally and linguistically diverse (32%) with many who also speak other languages including Mandarin, Cantonese and Arabic. ORS proudly employs people with lived experience of disability and with family members with lived experience; and people who identify as LGBTIQA.
