Andrea Mongelli is a skilled physiotherapist with extensive experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, both in private practice and within the NHS. Currently working part-time at Fundamental Health Canberra and as a Physiotherapist/Rehabilitation Consultant at ORS Group, Andrea has a solid background in managing acute and chronic patient cases and creating tailored rehabilitation programs. Previous roles include physiotherapy in MSK services at Vita Health Group and extensive work in specialized areas such as pediatrics, stroke rehabilitation, and post-operative care in various healthcare settings. Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Brunel University London and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise, Sport, and Health Sciences from Università degli Studi di Milano.

We are a registered NDIS provider, ISO 9001 and NSDS certified, Comcare accredited, and are on major workplace rehabilitation panels including: icare, Department of Veterans Affairs, ACT Government, Defence Housing Australia, and Worksafe ACT. We are members of the Australian Association for Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC), Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association (ARPA), Association for Positive Behaviour Support and National Disability Services (NDS). We employ a wide range of Allied Health professionals including experienced and accredited Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Speech Pathologists and Registered Nurses who have experience working with complex and high needs clients across all age ranges and disability/injury presentations. A large percentage of our Consultants are culturally and linguistically diverse (32%) with many who also speak other languages including Mandarin, Cantonese and Arabic. ORS proudly employs people with lived experience of disability and with family members with lived experience; and people who identify as LGBTIQA.
