Dr. Vanessa Sharp is a Clinical Neuropsychologist currently working with ORS Group since June 2022. Previously, Dr. Sharp held positions at Western Health and Austin Health, where roles included Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar and Neuropsychology Clinical Trials Rater. Dr. Sharp's academic background includes a PhD candidacy at Monash University with a focus on rehabilitation needs of rural traumatic injury survivors, and previous academic roles as a Teaching Associate and Psychology Honours student. Additional experience includes provisional psychologist roles at various healthcare facilities, delivering neuropsychological assessments across different populations, and earlier career roles in rehabilitation counselling and office management. Dr. Sharp completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Neuropsychology, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Honours, and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University, alongside qualifications in Rehabilitation Studies from La Trobe University.

ORS provides a range of allied health and workplace rehabilitation services across key industries such as the NDIS, Workers Compensation, Health, Injury Prevention and Aged Care. Our service delivery is underpinned by clinically informed, evidence based and person-centered practices which empower others to reach their potential and achieve their goals. We are a registered NDIS provider, ISO 9001 and NSDS certified, Comcare accredited, and are on major workplace rehabilitation panels including: icare, Department of Veterans Affairs, ACT Government, Defence Housing Australia, and Worksafe ACT. We are members of the Australian Association for Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC), Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association (ARPA), Association for Positive Behaviour Support and National Disability Services (NDS). We employ a wide range of Allied Health professionals including experienced and accredited Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Speech Pathologists and Registered Nurses who have experience working with complex and high needs clients across all age ranges and disability/injury presentations. A large percentage of our Consultants are culturally and linguistically diverse (32%) with many who also speak other languages including Mandarin, Cantonese and Arabic. ORS proudly employs people with lived experience of disability and with family members with lived experience; and people who identify as LGBTIQA.
