Emma Read is a highly experienced Managing Organisational Psychologist currently employed at Peoplemax since July 2021. In addition to this role, Emma serves as a Senior Psychologist and AHPRA Supervisor at ORS Group, supervising provisional psychologists. As Director of The Reading Group since June 2013, Emma has focused on organisational development services including leadership development, coaching, and culture change. Emma's previous experience includes positions as Adjunct Supervisor at Macquarie University, Clinic Manager at Real Therapy Solutions, Manager of various leadership programs at the NSW Public Service Commission, and Manager of Organisational Development at Auburn City Council. Emma holds a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Macquarie University and has a proven track record in providing leadership and consultation within the human services sector.

We employ a wide range of Allied Health professionals including experienced and accredited Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Speech Pathologists and Registered Nurses who have experience working with complex and high needs clients across all age ranges and disability/injury presentations. A large percentage of our Consultants are culturally and linguistically diverse (32%) with many who also speak other languages including Mandarin, Cantonese and Arabic.
