Julie Hepworth

National Quality Manager - Psychology at ORS Group

Julie Hepworth is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of psychology, currently serving as the National Quality Manager for Psychology at ORS Group since June 2021, focusing on quality report writing and clinical skill development. In addition to this role, Hepworth holds the position of Honorary Professor at The University of Queensland, where collaborative research in integrated health care service delivery is conducted. With extensive experience in higher education, previous roles include Co-Founder and Program Lead at Positive Practitioner, where a Work-Life Balance program was designed and delivered, and Professor at Queensland University of Technology, leading research initiatives in Health Psychology and Public Health. Additional academic appointments include Honorary Associate Professor at the University of Sydney, Associate Professor at The University of Queensland, and Professor at Argosy University, among others. Julie Hepworth earned a PhD in Psychology from the University of Birmingham and a BA Honours in Social Science with a Psychology major from the University of Wolverhampton.

We employ a wide range of Allied Health professionals including experienced and accredited Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Speech Pathologists and Registered Nurses who have experience working with complex and high needs clients across all age ranges and disability/injury presentations. A large percentage of our Consultants are culturally and linguistically diverse (32%) with many who also speak other languages including Mandarin, Cantonese and Arabic.
