Eugenio Tonanzi

Eugenio Tonanzi has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and software development. Eugenio is currently working as a Data Scientist at ORS GROUP, where they are responsible for statistical modeling, machine learning, and development of Python tools for data science projects. Prior to this, Eugenio worked at Addfor S.p.A as a Deep Learning Intern, where they focused on investigating transformer-based architectures for image captioning. Eugenio also worked as a Data Management Consultant at Passportonline, where they developed algorithms for survey data management and automatic production of infographics. Additionally, Eugenio has experience in tutoring, which they pursued from 2014 to 2020.

In 2009, they obtained a Scientific Diploma from Istituto di Istruzione Superiore del Cossatese e Valle Strona.

Eugenio then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Università degli Studi di Torino from 2014 to 2018.

After completing their bachelor's degree, they enrolled in a Master of Science program in Stochastics and Data Science at the same university from 2018 to 2021.

In 2022, Eugenio attended Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia for a School in AI: Deep Learning, Vision and Language for Industry program.

In terms of certifications, Eugenio obtained the Lean Management for the continuous improvement of processes certification from Università degli Studi di Torino in 2018.

Eugenio also holds the E.C.D.L. (European Computer Driving Licence) certification from AICA - Associazione Italiana per l'Informatica e il Calcolo Automatico, which they obtained in July 2013.
