Lindsay Unger

Lindsay Unger is a seasoned professional in talent consulting and business development, currently serving as a Senior Talent Consultant for ORS Partners since October 2021 and an Executive Member of the International LEAP Network since May 2023. Previous experience includes managerial roles in university development and enrollment at Grand Canyon Education, Inc., as well as human resources at UCP Central PA. Lindsay has also held positions such as Vice President for Business Development at Emerge Education, LLC, and Director of Career Services at Consolidated School of Business. Early career experience includes a research assistant role at Penn State University and ownership of Perfect Paws, LLC. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Penn State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
