Fabrizio Sanna has extensive work experience in the field of intellectual property law and IT-related transactions. Fabrizio is a co-founder and senior partner at the law firm Orsingher Ortu - Avvocati Associati, where they specialize in acquiring, protecting, enforcing, and exploiting intellectual property rights. Fabrizio also handles matters related to franchising and licensing agreements, unfair competition law, IT-related transactions, litigation, and internet-related advice. In addition to their legal practice, Fabrizio has worked as a contract lecturer at the University of Pavia, teaching courses on intellectual property and digital communication. Fabrizio has also taught courses on intellectual property and new media at the same university from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Fabrizio served as a contract lecturer on industrial law at the University Ca' Foscari Venezia. Fabrizio began their legal career as an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where they worked from October 2005 to June 2007.

Fabrizio Sanna has a strong education background in law and intellectual property. Fabrizio earned a Laurea degree in Law from Università di Pavia in 1999. Fabrizio then pursued higher education at University of Oxford, where they obtained an MJUR degree in European and comparative law in 2002. Continuing their studies at Università di Pavia, they completed a PhD in Intellectual Property and Competition Law in 2004. During the same period, they also attended University of Oxford and completed an MPhil degree in Intellectual Property.
