Birgitte Nielsen

Birgitte Nielsen is currently a Release Train Engineer at Ørsted, where they lead an Agile Release Train of over 50 members, supporting the company’s green energy initiatives. With more than 15 years of experience in the IT business, they have held various roles including project manager and team leader, demonstrating a strong ability in agile methods and project portfolio management. Birgitte previously worked at notable organizations such as KMD, NNIT, and HK Danmark, where they developed expertise in public sector, healthcare, and labor market domains. They hold a master's degree in communication and social science from Roskilde Universitetscenter and have completed a management science program.
