Elif İlay Erden

Elif İlay Erden currently serves as the Lead Internal Controls Specialist at Ørsted, focusing on the development and enhancement of Sustainability reporting controls and IT general controls framework since March 2024. Previously, Elif held positions at Deloitte from October 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included assisting clients in transforming internal control frameworks, managing SAP S/4 HANA risks, and implementing SAP GRC solutions. Elif also worked at Roche as a Financial Compliance Specialist, leading financial audits and training on Internal Controls over Financial Reporting. Earlier experience includes roles at Bayer, Akbank, and Frito Lay, where Elif engaged in risk management, compliance projects, and internal audits. Elif completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Boğaziçi University.
