Felix Gschnell is an experienced Programme Director at Ørsted, leading the execution of the Borkum Riffgrund 3 and Gode Wind 3 Offshore Wind Farms in the German North Sea since June 2015. Previously, Felix served as Deputy Programme Director overseeing both Development and Execution phases of the same offshore wind farms and held roles as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, focusing on bid preparations for successful tenders in German and Dutch offshore wind auctions. Prior to joining Ørsted, Felix worked as a Commercial Manager for Nordsee One at RWE innogy SE, where Felix was instrumental in achieving a successful Final Investment Decision and project financing. Earlier career experience includes positions as Senior Analyst and Analyst at E.ON, negotiating long-term contracts and optimizing revenue for renewable energy assets. Felix holds a Master of Engineering in Energy and Environmental Management from Europa-Universität Flensburg and has studied abroad at DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
