Heather Adlem

Heather Adlem currently serves as the Head of Global People Services - US at Ørsted, a position held since November 2020. Prior to this role, Heather was the Payroll Manager at Barry Callebaut from April 2014 to November 2020, and Director of Payroll and Benefits at FirstService Residential from March 2010 to April 2014. Heather holds an Associate of Science degree in Mathematics from Butler Community College and has completed training through Dale Carnegie.
