Kamilla Beyer Hyldgaard

Kamilla Beyer Hyldgaard is a Senior Manager and Head of Innovation Portfolio at Ørsted since September 2021, overseeing areas such as ventures, open innovation, R&D, new business development, and commercial innovation. Prior to this role, Kamilla was part of the Ørsted Global Graduate Programme and served as an Executive Assistant and Business Partner to the Chief Innovation Officer at Maersk Drilling from January 2019 to August 2021. Additional experience includes an internship in business development at Swapfiets, roles as an Organisational Consultant and Student Assistant at Liberal Alliance, and as a Performance Consultant at Team Danmark, where focus was placed on enhancing young elite athletes' performance. Kamilla also held the position of Interim Danish Secretary General at PEFC Danmark from October 2013 to March 2015. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Management of Innovation & Business Development from Copenhagen Business School, a Bachelor’s in Economics & Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam, and a Bachelor’s degree in Økonomi from Copenhagen Business School.
