Karen Bredegaard

Karen Bredegaard is an accomplished communication professional with extensive experience in internal communication and strategic messaging. Currently serving as the Leader Events & Training Communication Lead at Ørsted since August 2022, Karen focuses on ensuring consistent and effective HR communication. Prior to Ørsted, Karen held various roles at Ramboll from November 2014 to August 2022, including Senior Consultant in internal and corporate communication, where responsibilities included advising on communication strategies and managing change communication. Karen has also contributed to educational and consultancy efforts, serving as an External Examiner at Roskilde University and working as a Senior Advisor in internal communication at Bysted, among other roles in esteemed organizations such as the Danish Medical Association and Danish Cancer Society. Karen holds a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Roskilde University.
