Karen Hamer

Karen Hamer is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in reward and policy management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Reward and Policy for Ørsted in the UK and Ireland since March 2016, Karen has successfully launched an accessible benefits platform that significantly enhances employee engagement with various benefits.
