Katarzyna Peda is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in strategic human resources management across multiple industries. Katarzyna has held various roles at Circle K Europe, including Acting Senior HR Manager for the Business Centre and Senior Manager of Organizational Capabilities, overseeing recruitment and development initiatives. Current leadership at Ørsted as the Head of Global People Services builds on previous experience at Statoil, where Katarzyna served as Recruitment Manager and HR Business Partner.
