Kathrine Nistrup Madsen

Kathrine Nistrup Madsen serves as the Head of Sustainability Strategy & Integration at Ørsted since September 2021, focusing on sustainability, strategy, business integration, and governance. Prior to this role, Kathrine held various positions at Struensee & Co. from January 2017 to September 2021, including Project Leader and Senior Consultant, assisting senior executives in the public sector. Additional experience includes roles at Dalberg Global Development Advisors as an Analyst and Junior Analyst, and at Nordic Development Corporation as an Associate, contributing to social and economic sustainability projects. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Sociology from Columbia University and a Master of Science in Strategy, Organization and Leadership from Copenhagen Business School.
