Katrine Mortensen is an experienced professional in project and operations management within the offshore wind sector, currently serving as Foundation Package Manager and Project Manager at Ørsted since August 2015. Previously, Katrine held various managerial roles at MT Højgaard from September 2006 to August 2014, including Project Manager for the Lincs Offshore Wind Farm, where successful negotiation of Variation Orders was achieved. Additional experience includes serving as Site Manager for Lincs Offshore Wind Farm, Logistic Manager and HSE Manager for Sheringham Shoal Offshore Wind Farm, and QHSE Manager and Construction Manager for Robin Rigg Offshore Wind Farm. Katrine's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.
