Pilar Patterson is a seasoned regulatory expert with over 30 years of experience in state and federal regulatory permitting, particularly within the Clean Water Act framework. Currently serving as the Head of Mid-Atlantic and P2X Permitting at Ørsted since June 2020, Pilar has previously held various key positions within the company, including head of Mid-Atlantic Permitting and NJ Program Permit Manager.
