Rasmus Christian Johansen

Rasmus Christian Johansen is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in transfer pricing and international tax compliance. Currently serving as an Associate Lead Tax Specialist at Ørsted since October 2022, Rasmus functions as a business partner for the APAC and Europe regions, offering expertise in transfer pricing for M&A projects and due diligence. Prior to this role, Rasmus worked at Skattestyrelsen where significant contributions included leading the Transfer Pricing team and participating in the implementation of OECD guidelines. Rasmus holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and has completed various training programs in leadership and project management. Rasmus’ earlier career includes positions at PwC Danmark, the Danish Tax Agency, and the Ministry of Taxation, showcasing a comprehensive background in tax law and transfer pricing methodologies.
