Richard Bodal Hansen

Richard Bodal Hansen is a seasoned professional in the fields of external and regulatory affairs, with a current position as the Director of External & Regulatory Affairs for Ørsted since September 2022. Prior to this role, Richard held various positions at DONG Energy from June 2012 to November 2022, including Head of OFTO Transactions and Senior Legal Counsel. Richard's legal expertise was further developed during a tenure as a Senior Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright from January 2003 to May 2012. Richard's academic background includes an LPC from Nottingham Law School and an LLB in International Law from the National University of Singapore, complemented by an LLB in International Law from the University of Leicester and education at Spalding Grammar School.
