Sarah Bauer currently serves as the Operations & Maintenance Business Manager for Ørsted, overseeing the German and Danish offshore wind portfolio since September 2022. Previously, Sarah completed various roles within Ørsted as a Commercial Graduate, with focuses on Innovation Project Management, Revenue Management, and Power Origination & Route-to-Markets. Prior experience includes a Master Thesis at Stadtwerke München GmbH on marketing flexibility in virtual power plants, a project thesis with Oliver Wyman on energy supply companies in Smart Cities, and a working student position at Springer Fachmedien München GmbH in photo and video production. Sarah has also acquired experience in IT service management at Accenture and production planning at BMW Group.
