Dale Barker has a long and varied work experience. Dale began their career in 2000 as an Account Director at iD. In 2003, they moved to Cord as a Group Account Director. In 2004, they took on the role of Experiential Director at Arc WorldWide/Leo Burnett, where they were responsible for developing relationships with senior colleagues and external stakeholders, driving awareness of and successfully providing new experiential marketing services, increasing agency turnover by 1.5 million and winning several industry awards. Dale also oversaw an agency merger, being responsible for its strategic and financial objectives. In 2007, they moved into freelance work as an Experiential Director. From 2009 to 2012, they worked for three different companies: BlueSkys as a Manager, Plant Dewi as a Dads Project Worker, and Paul Sartori Foundation as a Retail Development & Events Officer. In 2012, they began working at Pembrokeshire County Council as a Project Manager and Senior Social Worker/Best Interest Assessor. Dale's most recent role is Business Development Manager at Ortharize, which they began in 2023.
Dale Barker completed their secondary education at Cowes High School from 1985 to 1991. Dale then attended the University of Bradford from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution. In 2013, they returned to higher education and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from The Open University in 2016.
