Matt Woods is the Founder of Ortho Consulting Group, a global expansion consulting partner in the orthopaedic, spine, and medical device industry, since May 2010. Key responsibilities include driving global business development, advising clients on business decisions, supporting funding raises, and building relationships with global distributors. Additionally, Matt Woods has been the Owner of Osteotec Ltd since its acquisition by OCG Holdings Ltd in July 2019, specializing in upper and lower limb extremities. Previously, Matt Woods held the position of APAC Orthopaedic & Spine Business Manager at Windsor & Royal, excelling in executive search and recruitment, and was recognized for high performance in sales. Earlier experience includes serving as BDM for Medi GmbH & Co. KG in the UK, where award-winning sales accomplishments were achieved. Matt Woods holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Science from the University of Bath, completed in 2003.
