Carrianne Garrison Ford

Carrianne Garrison Ford has worked in the orthodontic field since 2015. Carrianne Garrison began as an Orthodontic Assistant at Margeson Orthodontics, where they managed ordering and inventory for the practice, establishing an efficient system for ordering, and implemented processes and protocols for maintenance of all equipment. In 2016, they moved to Smile Doctors, where they held the roles of Procurement Specialist, Procurement Team Lead, and Vice President of Practice Success. As Procurement Specialist, they managed ordering and inventory for 75 practices and helped practices implement inventory management processes. As Procurement Team Lead, they led the Procurement Specialist team in managing ordering and inventory for more than 300 orthodontic clinics, coordinated order fulfillment across all vendor partners, and implemented streamlined onboarding process for new Smile Doctors practice affiliates. In 2022, they will become Vice President of Practice Success.
