Kristen Kuyoc, SHRM-SCP

Kristen Kuyoc, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse background in human resources and payroll management. Kristen currently works as a Payroll Manager at Orthodontic Partners, where they joined in May 2022. Prior to this, Kristen served as a Human Resources Generalist at Lake Michigan Credit Union from October 2019 to May 2022.

Kristen has also gained experience as a Registrations Manager (Volunteer) at Grandville Little League from September 2016 to September 2019, where they were responsible for administering registration programs and handling customer relations.

Between October 2015 and May 2019, Kristen worked as an HR & Payroll Manager at MM Services II LLC. In this role, they oversaw multiple companies and managed various HR functions, including recruitment, policy building, talent management, benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee relations.

From September 2015 to October 2018, Kristen worked as an Accessory Stylist at Premier Designs. Kristen also served as an HR Administrator at Dermatology Associates of West Michigan from November 2012 to July 2015, handling tasks such as new hire paperwork, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Furthermore, Kristen's experience includes a role as a Human Resources Manager at AIS Construction Equipment Co. via OfficeTeam from July 2012 to October 2012, where they focused on new hire paperwork and benefits administration.

Kristen started their career at OfficeTeam, where they worked as an Office Support from November 2010 to June 2011. Kristen Kuyoc, SHRM-SCP, received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice from Grand Valley State University, where they attended from 2002 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Kristen has obtained certifications in OSHA Compliance from Pryor Learning Solutions | Fred Pryor Seminars | CareerTrack in July 2018. Kristen has also attained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in January 2022.
