Anna (Annie) Brumback is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and customer service. Currently serving as the Eligibility Operations Manager at OrthoFi since May 2017, Anna is responsible for the effective delivery of Insurance Services, leading strategic initiatives, and managing a team of 24 contributors. Previous roles include Practice Advocate Manager at OrthoFi, Account Manager at Golsan Scruggs, Sales Specialist at Wilsonville Toyota, and various positions in customer service and management. Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Bushnell University, where studies were completed from 2006 to 2009.
