Cynthia Rojas

Cynthia Rojas is a highly skilled Quality Engineer with a strong background in the biomedical sector. Currently serving as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Orthofix since May 2025, Rojas previously worked at Quest Medical, Inc. and Austco Healthcare, where Cynthia managed non-conformance and corrective actions programs, led internal and external audits, and developed Key Performance Indicators for quality assurance. Rojas also held a Quality Assurance Co-Op position at Ethicon, Inc. and contributed to academic research at Texas A&M University, where significant studies were conducted in biomechanics.
