Ganesh (Raj) Natarajan has extensive work experience in various engineering roles related to quality, technical sales, and manufacturing. Ganesh has worked at companies such as Orthofix, St. Jude Medical, Sanden International, Sanden Mexicana SA de CV, and Champion Technologies Inc, Electronic Support Systems, Bluestar Ltd, Whirlpool Corp (India).

At Orthofix, they served as the Principal Engineer - Design Assurance, where they were responsible for risk management, design verification and validation, process validation, and establishing and evaluating measurements for spinal implant devices.

Ganesh (Raj) Natarajan completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli in 1989. Later, they obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University between 1991 and 1993.
