Jean-Francois Larin is currently working as the Architecte principal and Développeur principal FPGA at Orthogone Technologies Inc. since November 2020. Prior to this, Jean-Francois worked at Matrox from May 1996 to November 2020, where Jean-Francois held various titles such as Hardware Supervisor, Hardware Engineer, and Firmware Designer. Jean-Francois is a graduate of Polytechnique Montréal with a B. Ing in Electrical Engineering. Jean-Francois's work involves supervising the design of camera products and frame grabbers, as well as conducting feasibility studies, architecture definitions, VHDL coding, and validation for FPGA. Additionally, Jean-Francois has experience in designing low-level software for managed FastEthernet Switch and VPN router.
