Dave Dove is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial analysis and planning. Currently serving as the Finance & Sales Planning and Analysis Manager at OrthoLite since September 2017, Dave has also held the position of Senior Financial Analyst at The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. since June 1993. Notable achievements include creating a staffing model that maintained payroll within a $60 million budget and producing annual revenue budgets for over 550 retail stores, totaling more than $350 million. Dave's career has also included leadership roles at Summit Ice Company, where responsibilities ranged from distribution to retail management. Academic credentials include an MBA and a B.B.A. from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
