Jeffrey Cave Mph, Chfp

Jeffrey Cave, MPH, CHFP has a diverse work experience spanning various healthcare organizations and educational institutions. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Orthopaedic Associates of Muskegon, where they oversee a large orthopaedic group with multiple physician practices and urgent cares. Prior to this role, they were the Chief Operating Officer of the same organization. Additionally, Jeffrey has contributed to Spectrum Health, where they held positions such as Director of Revenue Cycle and Manager of Talent Acquisition. Jeffrey has also served as an Adjunct Instructor at both Grand Valley State University and Ferris State University. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Process Improvement Facilitator at Lakeshore Health Network (PHO) / Mercy Health Partners. Jeffrey is a member of Vistage Worldwide, an executive coaching organization that supports business leaders in making better decisions. Jeffrey Cave, MPH, CHFP has an extensive education history in the field of healthcare and public health. Jeffrey attended Nova Southeastern University from 2010 to 2011, earning a Master's degree in Public Health. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Systems Administration from Ferris State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Later on, Jeffrey furthered their education by pursuing a Doctor of Health Science degree in Global Health at Nova Southeastern University, which they completed from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Jeffrey has also obtained several certifications. Jeffrey received the Certified Health Education Specialist certification from the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc in October 2012. In November 2014, they obtained the Bronze Process Improvement Certification from Spectrum Health University. More recently, in December 2018, Jeffrey became a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional, which is awarded by the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Jeffrey further expanded their expertise in healthcare finance by obtaining the HFMA's Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification in June 2019.
