Prior to this role, Tia worked as a Front Desk Coordinator at McGlothin Eye Institute from July 2007 to October 2008 and as a Front Desk Supervisor at Midwest Ear, Nose, and Throat Surgery of Southern Indiana and Western Kentucky from November 2001 to July 2007. Tia holds a degree in Business Administration with a Medical specialty from Ivy Tech Community College, demonstrating a strong foundation in business administration and management.
