Heather J.

Heather J. currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at the Orthopaedic Medical Group of Tampa Bay since August 2023. Heather is also an active member of the Project Transition USA LinkedIn group, which assists transitioning military veterans and their families in finding civilian careers. Previously held positions include a Skillbridge Intern at ERUdyne, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed job postings and interview management, and various roles in the United States Air Force spanning nearly two decades. Positions in the Air Force included Records and Reception Manager, Command Chief Executive during Operation Allies Refuge, and Infection Control Manager. Heather holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and multiple associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force.
