Mark Sando, MD, is an experienced orthopaedic surgeon currently practicing at the Orthopaedic Medical Group of Tampa Bay since August 2015. Previous experience includes completing a Sports Medicine Fellowship at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic from August 2014 to August 2015 and an Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at the University of Maryland Medical System from July 2009 to July 2014. Mark Sando began their career as an Optometric Technician at LensCrafters from September 2002 to July 2005 and worked as a General and Organic Chemistry Tutor at Canisius College during the same period. In addition to tutoring, Mark Sando served as a Research Assistant in a Neuroscience Lab, focusing on the cytoskeletal dynamics of developing axons. Mark Sando holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Canisius University.
