Inna Budovsky MS-CCC, SLP, MBA has over 20 years of work experience in the field of speech-language pathology. Inna began their career at HCR ManorCare in 1998 as a Senior Speech-Language Pathologist. Inna then moved on to RehabCare in 2000, where they worked as a Senior Speech-Language Pathologist, delivering patient care in various units of an acute rehabilitation facility.

In 2009, Budovsky joined Kaiser Permanente as a Clinical Specialist/Inpatient Services Team Lead, leading operations and service delivery of speech therapy services in multiple settings. Inna later became the Supervisor of Rehabilitation Services, overseeing speech therapy services in two acute hospitals and an outpatient clinic. Inna also served as the Speech Pathology Liaison to the Regional Rehab Directors Peer Group.

Most recently, Budovsky worked at ONR as the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Masonic Homes. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director of Rehab Operations.

Throughout their career, Budovsky has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to enhancing patient care. Inna'swork experience includes developing and implementing goals, policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs to improve services. Inna has also identified cost reduction opportunities and resolved patient care issues. Budovsky has collaborated with multidisciplinary teams and provided ongoing family training to achieve optimal patient recovery.

Inna Budovsky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology from Moscow Pedagogical State University. Inna later obtained a Master of Science degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from California State University - East Bay. In addition, they also hold a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Health Care Management from the University of North Alabama.

In terms of certifications, Inna Budovsky is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and holds a California Speech Language Pathology License. Inna is also certified in Basic Life Support, Fiberoptic Evaluation of Swallow (FEES), and Modified Barium Swallow Impairment Profile protocol (MBSImP). Inna has also obtained a certification as a Certified Medical Assistant from Concord Career Institute.
