Mike Lafrenier

Mike LaFrenier has a diverse background in the fitness and physical therapy industry. Starting as the owner and head trainer at Elite Strength & Conditioning, Mike later transitioned into a role as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Power Skating Coach at Hockey University/Keil Power Skating. Currently, Mike works as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Orthopaedic Rehab Specialists Physical Therapy. In between, Mike gained experience as a Student/Therapy Aide at ORS.
