Jessica Ribeiro

Jessica Ribeiro has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jessica started their career as an Office Secretary at Foamcraft, Inc. in October 2004 and worked there until June 2008. Jessica then joined OrthoIndy, where they held various roles over the years. From June 2008 to July 2011, they served as a Team Station/Registration Secretary. Following that, from July 2011 to April 2014, they worked as a Clinic Team Lead. From April 2014 to March 2016, they served as a Medical Assistant. Jessica then transitioned to the role of a System Analyst from March 2016 to March 2018. Subsequently, they were promoted to the position of an Application Analyst II in March 2018 and an Application Analyst III in August 2021, wherein they currently hold the position.

Jessica Ribeiro attended Kalamazoo College from 2000 to 2002, where they pursued General Studies. Jessica did not obtain a degree during this time. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2021.
