Grace Gibbs

Grace Gibbs is a Senior Development Engineer specializing in Trauma and Deformity Correction at OrthoPediatrics since July 2015. Responsibilities include leading projects, creating and maintaining design and risk management files, collaborating with surgical teams to identify user needs, and transforming concept designs into marketable products. Grace has a solid background in engineering solutions for surgical challenges, product evaluations, and lifecycle management. Previously, Grace worked as a researcher in various capacities, including developing a wheelchair for a dog with mobility challenges and assisting in orthopedic research at Joint Replacement Surgeons of Indiana. Grace also gained marketing experience at Covidien, focusing on electrosurgical products. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Grace combines technical expertise with a commitment to improving surgical outcomes.
