Mike Taylor

Mike Taylor is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in leading financial operations and compliance across diverse regions. Currently serving as Finance Director for EMEA at OrthoPediatrics since April 2022, Mike previously held various senior leadership roles at Smith & Nephew, including Interim Lead - Senior Director of Financial Controls and Compliance, where the focus was on financial control compliance across EMEA. Other significant positions included Senior Director roles in intercompany and transfer pricing, financial planning and analysis, and as CFO for Greater China, where impactful improvements were made in performance reporting and finance restructuring. Mike began his career as Finance Director at Gordon Verhoef & Krause and holds a B Compt degree from the University of South Africa, specializing in accounting and auditing.
