Cindy Elmer

Cindy Elmer has extensive experience in patient care, currently working at the Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Center since February 2017. Before this role, Cindy spent nearly three decades as a Sales/Account Manager at PIP Marketing I Signs I Print from January 1988 to December 2016. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Education from West Virginia University, where studies were completed between 1980 and 1984, and is a graduate of Blackhawk High School.
