Orthopedic Physical Therapy
Tyler Clements, PT, DPT, is an accomplished physical therapist with a diverse background in outpatient and acute care settings. Currently employed at Orthopedic Physical Therapy since August 2022, Tyler previously worked at Gaylord Physical Therapy, where contributions included creating and coaching exercise programs tailored for individuals with spinal cord injuries. Tyler also served as a physical therapy aide and participated in various full-time clinical rotations at facilities such as Gaylord Specialty Healthcare and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, gaining extensive experience in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Tyler holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from the same institution.

Outpatient Physical Therapy clinic located in Wake Forest, Rolesville and Cary, North Carolina: Ortho PT offers comprehensive rehabilitation services for patients of all ages suffering from a variety of medical conditions. Patient satisfaction and customer care is our top priority. The majority of each session is spent with your physical therapist and incorporates therapeutic exercises and/or strength training. Your therapist will stay in contact with your doctor on your progress and recommended course of treatment. Extended business hours are offered to accomodate all schedules. Treatments include chronic pain, post-surgical care, back pain, neck pain, arthritis, sports injuries, balance & gait training and more. Most insurance plans accepted.
