Kara Magiera has over 13 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Kara began their career in 2008 as the Senior Division Manager - Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at Women and Infants Hospital, followed by roles as Process Improvement Leader - Process Improvement & Innovation Dept. and Access & Administrative Manager - Diagnostic Imaging Dept. In 2014, they joined CharterCARE Health Partners as the Vice President, CharterCARE Outpatient Services, Associate Administrator, and Director, Business Project Management. In 2019, they moved to Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. as Vice President, Network Management & Operations- Coordinated Regional Care (CRC-RI) and CRC Northeast Program Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as Vice President, Operations at Ortho Rhode Island.

Kara Magiera received their Bachelors of Science in Administration of Justice from Roger Williams University in 2001.
