Ken Reali

Ken Reali is a seasoned executive with a wealth of experience in leadership roles across various companies in the medical and business sectors. Currently serving as the Independent Chair of the Board and non-executive Director at ORTHOSON Ltd, as well as Independent Director positions at Rejoni, Inc and NeoLight, LLC since May 2023, Ken also owns Reali Family Vineyard since December 2021. Previously, Ken held significant positions including Chief Executive Officer at Bioventus from April 2020 to April 2023, and President and Chief Executive Officer at Clinical Innovations, LLC from June 2015 to February 2020. Ken's career also includes roles such as President and CEO at Baxano Surgical, and Senior Vice President and General Manager at Smith & Nephew. Ken holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Valparaiso University.
