Tiffany Boulware, PT, DPT

Tiffany Boulware, PT, DPT has been working in the physical therapy field since 1998. Tiffany began their career as a Physical Therapist at Mercy Hospital & Medical Center. In 2000, they moved to PEAK THERAPEUTICS LIMITED as a Physical Therapist. Three years later, they joined Sunbelt Staffing as a Travel Physical Therapist. In 2006, Boulware accepted a position as a Physical Therapist at Physiotherapy Associates. Tiffany then moved to Sovereign Rehabilitation in 2008, where they served as a Physical Therapist/Clinic Manager. In 2013, Boulware took on the role of Supervising Physical Therapist at Nova Medical Centers. Two years later, they joined Legacy Healthcare Inc as a Physical Therapist/Rehab Director. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Director of Rehabilitation at OrthoTexas Physicians & Surgeons, PLLC.

Tiffany Boulware, PT, DPT completed their Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Bradley University in 1998. Tiffany then attended the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, obtaining a tDPT and MTC in 2011.
