Abi Sabapathy

Abi Sabapathy is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in orthopedic outpatient care and myofascial release. Currently serving as the Clinic Manager at OrthoVirginia since February 2022, Abi oversees a range of specialized treatments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations and Fascial Manipulations. Prior to this role, Abi worked extensively as a Myofascial Release Practitioner at Eastern Touch from August 2006 to May 2023. Abi's career in physical therapy began in 1990, with significant tenure at several medical institutions, including Portsmouth Orthopedic Associates and various hospitals, focusing on both acute and outpatient care. Abi holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Madras Medical College and a Bachelor's degree in Zoology, Botany, and Chemistry from Madurai Kamaraj University.
