Justin Ferrell

Justin Ferrell, MHA has extensive work experience in healthcare administration and business development. Justin is currently serving as the Executive Director of Patient Financial Services and as the Director of Payer Transformation at OrthoVirginia. Prior to this, they held the role of Manager of Business Development at Duke University Health System from 2019 to 2021. Justin also served as the Procedural Services Manager and Physician Liaison at Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center from 2017 to 2019. Justin began their career as a Business Development Coordinator at Bon Secours InMotion Physical Therapy and Sports Performance from 2013 to 2017.

Justin Ferrell, MHA has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Lynchburg, which was obtained from 2007 to 2011. Justin also holds a Master's of Healthcare Administration degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Ohio University, which was obtained from 2017 to 2019. In addition, they have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC), which they obtained in 2021.
