Laura Pedersen

Laura Pedersen is an experienced nursing professional with a robust background in case management and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Quality at OrthoVirginia since March 2015, Laura also holds the position of RN Case Manager for an innovative CMS bundled payment plan. Prior to this role, Laura dedicated over 20 years at Virginia Hospital Center, where responsibilities included RN Case Manager, RN Administrative Nursing Supervisor, and RN Assistant Patient Care Director in the ICU. Laura earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from George Mason University between 1991 and 1994.
